This week’s programme is about Ferran Adrià - the man commonly described as the world’s greatest living chef.  A pioneer in molecular gastronomy alongside Heston Blumenthal, it's fair to say he has changed the way we think about fine dining.

Dubbed 'The most imaginative generator of haute cuisine on the planet', Adrià's ground-breaking restaurant, elBulli, was crowned ‘World’s Best Restaurant’ a record-breaking five times. Amazing when you consider it was based in a tiny resort on Spain's Costa Brava!

At the opening of his exhibition at Somerset House, we were delighted to have the opportunity to speak Ferran Adrià himself about his work past and present. Also Vicky talks to Bloomberg's head food critic Richard Vines about dining there and also speaks to Spanish food expert Rachel McCormack about how the Catalans are natural-born innovators. Plus hear from two world-class chefs who both worked in the legendary elBulli restaurant - Jason Atherton and Nuno Mendes.
