Lucy found out more about the new series of Food & Drink on BBC2, Michel's passion for helping young chefs as a judge on TV and the Roux Scholarshop and Michel's views on trends such as the molecular movement and foraging.
Plus the one ingredient Michel can't live without...
Lucy then went to Balham farmers' market to buy ingredients for one of Michel's signature dishes - Oeufs Pochés Meurette - something he used to cook for the French President.
At Michel's request she cooked this to some classic Fleetwood.
