The third edition of #InGoodTaste is a one-off showcase celebrating Wimbledon. In this show, we secure an interview with Executive Head Chef at the five-star Royal Horseguards Hotel, Ben Purton. Ben talks to us about his passion for his craft, whilst we also get to discuss (and dismantle) his incredible homage to Wimbledon in the form of a very special afternoon tea.
